So I still dont have internet or a phone at my new house and It's driving me crazy. And I have nothing to do at home buit sit there and stare vapidly at the TV for hours on end. And clean. (but who ever does that?) But every so often, I can get online, though updates will be few andfar between since I cant get to a scanner.

Right now, I'm writing to you from behind the counter at my mom's job. Im chilling at the mall with her today and her boss let me use one of the computers. I pretty much came to buy the new Lacuna Coil CD (which is awesome!) and am now trying to get my mother to buy me a few books from Borders. But its been a pretty good day so far.

Last week, my mom's boyfriend was in town for a few days so he was letting me on his laptop (Again, thank you Ralph!) and I ended up tagging along with them to the beach. Btw, body-surfing backwards IS NOT the best idea ever. It hurts. >.> I also got to go to a different beach with a few friends as well as my boyfriend, which was fun. We didn't stay too long though....

Last weekend, I also had a colorguard camp, called Music 'N Motion. I somewhat dreaded it at first, but it was insanely fun. A lot of work though. I was in an intermediate flag class, a jazz class, aand a beginning rifel class. They were all fun, but the jazz class was the best. Hands down. Our routeine was to "Womanizer" (the flag one was to "Hot and Cold", but we didn't do a single toss so I wasnt too happy with it). The rifel class though, was difficult. I couldnt get the tosses or anything until the last run-through before the preformance. The look on my grandmother's face was priceless when I walked out there with my class. It was one of those "Why is my granddaughter playing with a gun and attempting to throw it in the air" kind of looks. Hehe. Anyway, I ended up getting a blue ribbon on all my routeins so it was a weekend well spent. ^_^

Also, I'm going to Chibi-Paw in September. It will be my first real con so I'm pretty excited. I'm also going to make a fursuit of sorts, but since money's pretty tight, I can't afford the materials to make the head. >< So, my mother's agreed to airbrush my face to make it look like I actually had fur and such and I'm going to make ears, a tail, and paws myself. Anyone have any suggestions of where I can go buy some fake lynx fur? I havent had much luck to far and sewing all those spots on brown fur would seriously suck. x.x

Also,Im now trying my hardest to help to overcome her writer's block for her "My Dear" series. So Su-chan, call me and I'll do my best to describe Misha and Kat's new character designs. I've also been playing with my drawing style a bit but Im making you all wait to see it. XP
